When you come up to the hatch you're greeted by a map of the world, showcasing big and bold bowls of food, which, you've guessed it, can all be ladled into a pot for you to take away. You can either have a perfectly paired bread item for your meal or you can have it ladled onto a pile of fries. There's also homemade soft drinks available which are similar to those you may find on the streets of Mexico. The menu changes seasonally or to suit the vibe of the festival.
